     - Accommodation (AVERAGE): 3.8

   - Activities (programme)(AVERAGE): 4.33
   - Trainers (AVERAGE): 4.86

3. How were the activities and methods of the contact making event?

  1. Some activities were hard to keep concentrated on. Like the ones with statements and in which we were supposed to divide in groups. Some sessions were longer and we were tired.
  2. Activities and methods were right for this kind of project I guess. All the misunderstandings and problems were absolutely normal.
  3.  I appreciated all the activities.
  4. The activities were well separated among the program. They were in a good order that made as useful as possible, the informal methods used during the seminar were suitable for everyone and contributed for accepting the information. The presented statistic wasn’t useful for the people and wasn’t suitable.
  5. It was interesting and interactive. Sometimes too long sessions.
  6. Activities were okay in general but they weren’t enough for sharing all the parts of ESC. Sometimes we’re discussing on the some topics for too much time.
  7. The activities were very fun and methods were very useful.
  8. I appreciate all the activities because they were non-formals.
  9. Were great and interesting. Absolutely not boring. Maybe too much work in groups.
  10. Never used some of them before, so it was new experience.
  11. The activities learnt us the topics. The methods were interesting. When we did the activities with different methods we learnt the topics easily.
  12. They were interesting and will be useful in my future work. I got some new ideas and more information.
  13. It could be a little more informal, with more practice and less lectures.
  14. Most of them were useful. But there was many group works and someday it feels a little too much. But general it was OK.
  15. Very cool and useful for learning.
  16. I love the creative methods. In short time we could leaned a lot.
  17. They were really great like the idea about learning activities.
  18. I think they were very dinamics and interesting.  Also I think that the seminar has been very well structured.
  19. They were intense and kind a hard working but in the end it was all worth it.
  20. I liked it very much. I participated in 5 more projects and it’s the best one. Organization and activities was amazing.
  21. The activities were different and interesting. The methods used were those of non-formal education.
  22. In general everything was really good, but I think we had too much unnecessary group activities, some things can be easily taught through presentations.
  23. It was interesting but sometimes we didn’t had enough time to finish on time.
  24. Very good, but sometimes too long.
  25. There was a good variety of workshops and energizers, and they were very informative.
  26. I liked the methods, very creative. I learned some new games. Activities were well prepared and interesting.
  27. Engaging, insightful, informative and adaptive to needs of group.
  28. Useful, not too easy, not too hard. I found it interesting and fun. It was never boring!
  29. The get to know each other, the games were great and I loved the energizers. Also not made the first day easy, that write games we got familiar with each other quickly.
  30. It was great inspiring, creative methods used.

4. How do you evaluate the participation of the participants and your own participation in the contact making event?

  1. I think most of the group tried their best to keep attached and involve. On my side it was like this too. I tried to involve and contribute in all of them and since the group was nice and easygoing, we were more able to do it.
  2. Almost everyone take this training seriously, so it was fine.
  3. Lot of participants had experience and I have had a lot to learn from them.
  4. Some of the participants weren’t motivated to act actively in all of the activities, also they were taking part in them only because they have to. Only once or twice during the project we managed to start our activities at time. I gave around 85% of my capacity because I wasn’t very familiar with some topics. But at the end of the project I gave more capacity.
  5. Participants were mostly very young persons – very active and interested into the subjects. I gave more knowledge to express themselves and helped with my experiences then needed.
  6. Sometimes I really had difficulties for learning the basic info about their organization. I was actively involved to the project and tried to pass all the info and the knowledge that I have.
  7. The participants self-confidence was very good. And we were very well focused.
  8. I consider very useful exchange of information between participants because we could learn a lot from each other.
  9. I think participants were active enough. Maybe the silent mean we are without experience…
  10. I think I was active good. And mostly participants were the same.
  11. All of us participated all activities full concentrate. Sometimes I felt I was getting tired. But my friends took me to the activities with their motivation.
  12. Most of participants participated, a few only a little.
  13. The participants were fun, but I feel very few were here to a mean business. So weren’t I. I made contacts, but that’s it.
  14. I evaluate them high level. I found some participants whom I’d like work somewhere in future. Because of the similar point of view.
  15. I don’t know much about ESC. I didn’t participated too much, but really enjoyed to know all these new things. And I want to do something with this new knowledge.
  16. I think that everyone showed great commitment. All the times I tried to share with experiences and learn new things.
  17. All of them were very enthusiastic and keen to participate in the contact making event.
  18. It has been very positive and I think everyone has been very respectful with the others.
  19. I think I didn’t participate so much in the activities because I didn’t have so much information about topics but I learned a lot of from my colleagues, they were very helpful and open-minded.
  20. My participation is 100% from 100%. I enjoyed all activities and events. Other participants were also very active and communicative.
  21. I have been an active participant. Some of the participants were not so involved, but most of them were.
  22. I think everyone was really active and even I am not a fan of group activities I also played some roles in exercises.
  23. I think I gave everything I can. I shared my ideas and I respected others.
  24. Everyone was motivated. I was sometimes tired.
  25. Overall, quite good. Being a native English speaker is that participants (occasionally) expected certain things of you – sometimes to just be a scribe for their ideas, and sometimes to just everything (explain what questions mean, think of and write answers).
  26. I think participants have been involved and interested in the activities.
  27. It has been up there in my experience as the most positive engaging events I have experienced.
  28. Everyone was open, tolerant, nice and talkative. I felt safe and calm here.

7. Do you think this contact making event reach its objectives? In what ways it was successful or not? What changes should be made for the future?

  1. I think it was a really good introduction to partner building subject. We could meet few organizations to build partnerships with them. But if the participants will be the ones who focused this work in their organizations it will be more effective.
  2. Yes for sure. It was successful because almost everybody collaborated and the host organization works very professional during this week.
  3. People learnt more new useful methods, activities, prepared future ideas and cooperation, also not a small part of the participants learned more about ESC. In my opinion the project managed to reach its objectives and it was successful.
  4. Yes, it reached its objectives. It has potential to build new partnerships and if participants succeed in starting common projects – it will be full success.
  5. Better selection for the participants. More activities for getting to know participating organizations. Apart from that with some organizations we already got some contacts and we are going to collaborate in the future on ESC.
  6. I think that it was successful. We learned a lot.
  7. I think this contact making events its objectives. It was really successful.
  8. Not really… I think, it was more about ‘’ How to write a project…’’ not much about content mobility we made more eyes contacts…
  9. I think it was successful.
  10. I think the objectives were realized. When we were during the activities, some information was confusing. We should repeat them and our new projects should shaped the basic rules. It thought us that the main topics of project management.
  11. Yes, I think the event reached its objectives. It seems some new partnerships were created, people exchanged ideas.
  12. I still can’t understand what are its objectives, we learned a lot about the ESC, we made contacts, but I think very few of us will involve in actual projects.
